William Franklin Graham III Known publicly as Franklin Graham, is an American Christian evangelist and missionary. He is the president and CEO of both the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and the international Christian relief organization Samaritan's Purse.

Another miracle, and we say miracle because it is indeed that! By the Grace of Hashem (God), along with so very many prayers, and so very much support in all ways, has this happened at this time, it all drops into place. The first shipment of this year, containing 42,000 pounds of dried soupmix, fruit, and trailmix, hit the water on Monday, March 7, 2011. It is due at the dock in Ashdod, Israel, on April 11, 2011.
With all that is going on in the middle East and all over the globe currently, in my little human mind it almost seems impossible that this is going to happen. But then, we all know that "all things are possible with God." My time in Israel is almost a dream at this moment; I must return to The Land, touch the sand and sea, greet our friends in Yeshua (Jesus), and ministry, hug more of the children, shake the hands of willingness, be blessed by their relentless commitment to this ministry of feeding and holding in His love, the hungry, homeless, helpless, hopeless . . all the victims of endless war . . be blessed by the smiles of the numerous children as they clasp their hands, sad eyes changing to sparkling, and dance with joy at receiving something they haven't had in a very long time, if ever. Blessings like this make our hearts sing with the joy of Yeshua! Finding a storage place, receiving a donation, having someone phone and ask, "How can we help?" . . these are the happenings of miracles. These are the blessings of Hashem! This is dancing with Yeshua!

There may be as many as 300,000 child soldiers, hopped-up on drugs and wielding AK-47s, in more than fifty conflicts around the world. Ishmael Beah used to be one of them. He is one of the first to tell his story in his own words.
In A LONG WAY GONE, Beah, now twenty-six years old, tells a riveting story. At the age of twelve, he fled attacking rebels and wandered a land rendered unrecognizable by violence. By thirteen, he’d been picked up by the government army, and Beah, at heart a gentle boy, found that he was capable of truly terrible acts. Eventually released by the army and sent to a UNICEF rehabilitation center, he struggled to regain his humanity and to reenter the world of civilians, who viewed him with fear and suspicion. This is, at last, a story of redemption and hope.
We are made up of a tireless staff, hundreds of full time volunteers, and thousands of students and supporters. We are young, we are citizens of the world, we are artists, activists, and entrepreneurs. This fall, we are using our voice to ask President Obama to spearhead efforts to bring peace to Northern Uganda. We are mobilizing a generation to capture the attention of the international community, and make a stand for justice in the wake of genocide.
How it Started
In the spring of 2003, three young filmmakers traveled to Africa in search of a story. What started out as a filmmaking adventure transformed into much more when these boys from Southern California discovered a tragedy that disgusted and inspired them, a tragedy where children are both the weapons and the victims.
After returning to the States, they created the documentary "Invisible Children: Rough Cut," a film that exposes the tragic realities of Northern Uganda' night commuters and children soldiers.
In 2004 and 2005 three of our co-founders traveled to Uganda as student researchers and witnessed firsthand the untold tragedy taking place in the country's northern region. Considered one of the world's worst neglected humanitarian crises, close to two million people were suffering brutal attacks by the rebel Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) and struggling to survive in overcrowded displacement camps. To fuel their rebel insurgency, the LRA was abducting thousands of children to use as soldiers and sex slaves. Despite these realities, the scale and gravity of the crisis was being ignored by the rest of the world, allowing it to persist for over two decades.

The Voice of the Martyrs is a non-profit, inter-denominational Christian organization dedicated to assisting the persecuted church worldwide. VOM was founded in 1967 by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand, who was imprisoned 14 years in Communist Romania for his faith in Christ. His wife, Sabina, was imprisoned for three years. In the 1960s, Richard, Sabina, and their son, Mihai, were ransomed out of Romania and came to the United States. Through their travels, the Wurmbrands spread the message of the atrocities that Christians face in restricted nations, while establishing a network of offices dedicated to assisting the persecuted church. The Voice of the Martyrs continues in this mission around the world today
