Welcome to our 9/11 Memorial Page  - Never Forget!

We have created this page in remembrance of the all the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
It is our attempt to give attention to all the Memorial Websites across the United States and Europe.

Commemorating the events at the World Trade Center in New York, NY on September 11, 2001. The video and accompanying web site have been created to honor those whose lives were lost and as a tribute to those whose lives were forever changed by the events of that day. The video and music focuses on the occasion by melding the intense emotions, shock, and sheer disbelief of what was witnessed on that fateful day in 2001. The video is available for free downloading in both high-speed and dial-up formats at: www.wtc911.us. The web site also serves as a comprehensive portal for information regarding the events of 9/11. Music and Video Concept by Alex Johnson.

The National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center Foundation, Inc. began formal operations in the spring of 2005 and worked with the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation on the design and construction management plan. In the summer of 2006, the organization assumed responsibility for overseeing the design and working with The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), the construction manager on the project.

Some of the photos below represent some beautiful features on the site.
We also understand that their will be a tree planted for each person who died at ground zero.
The Museum plans call for visitors to enter the exhibition along a corridor in which portrait photographs of the nearly 3,000 victims form a "Wall of Faces," intended to communicate the scale of human loss.

TRIBUTE IN LIGHT - 9/11/10

The "Tribute in Light" was used for one night as a tribute to all those who were lost on September 11th. The lights are located at West and Morris Streets in Lower Manhattan. The lights were  on for one night on September 11, 2010, beginning at sunset and fading away at dawn on September 12th. The lights were best seen when it is completely dark; sunset is expected to occur at 7:11 pm that night and sunrise is expected to occur at 6:33 am on the morning of September 12th.

The Center creates a central place for information about 9/11 at the WTC site. Visitors learn factual information about the events on September 11th, the identity of 2,973 people killed in the attacks, the unprecedented rescue and recovery operations and the tremendous spirit of support and generosity that arose after the attacks.

The Tribute Center serves to welcome over 500,000 visitors to Lower Manhattan annually. Currently, there is no where for them to learn constructively or to seek information about September 11, 2001 in proximity to the WTC site. The Tribute Center offers 6,000 square feet of exhibit and educational meeting space for visitors in one of downtown’s historic buildings at 120 Liberty Street. The Tribute WTC Center is located next to FDNY firehouse 10/10 and across from the World Trade Center site.
The History Channel has posted a very good video on this website.

The FDNY Foundation is the official not-for-profit of the FDNY established to promote Fire Safety in New York City and the professional development, training, and education of members of the FDNY.

An avid fan of baseball, Sol Moglen himself would tell you that the Ebbets Field Wall of Remembrance Foundation all started because of the love for the game. Originally a place to remember and celebrate the Dodgers World Series victory of 1955, the field now has a very different purpose. After the World Trade Center attack on September 11th, nothing seemed so important as expressing the respect, gratitude, and the love Brooklyn had for the courageous sons and daughters of New York who died that day. Sol began a years-long journey to make sure that everyone understood the power and magnificence of that sacrifice, and with Peter Kasten and the sculptor Jamie Lester, and a slew of friends and volunteers, that vision was realized.

Never Forget September 11, 2001

" The attacks of September 11th were intended to break our spirit.  Instead we have emerged stronger and more unified. We feel renewed devotion to the principles of political, economic and religious freedom, the rule of law and respect for human life.  We are more determined than ever to live our lives in freedom."
